We combine psychology, design, and data to build systems that develop adaptable, values-driven leaders for the future. 🧭 The Role We’re looking for Full-Stack Engineers who can build features end-to-end across both our portals and our Slack app. You’ll work directly with the CTO on critical product flows, touch every layer of the stack, and help shape the architecture of a platform growing week by week. This is an unpaid, part-time, equity-only role at this stage. If you like shipping quickly, moving across frontend and backend, and having real ownership, this role is built for you. 💼 Responsibilities Develop full-stack features across the portals and Slack app Connect frontend components to backend APIs Troubleshoot issues across the entire stack Work directly with our CTO, Tristan Beley, on critical product flows Maintain consistent system architecture across modules 🧩 Requirements Strong proficiency in React + Node.js Ability to work from database → backend → UI Experience collaborating in cross-functional environments Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage startup ⏰ Commitment Flexible, part-time-friendly hours Fully remote and async-friendly Significant ownership over multi-layer features 🚀 Compensation 0.01% equity Performance-based scale-up to 0.02–0.05% 📌 Note: Wellfound requires this role to be labeled “Full-Time,” but the actual commitment is flexible and part-time in practice.
