Position Title: Deputy Program/Project Manager Location: Remote with nationwide travel as required Position Summary RMC is recruiting a Deputy Program/Project Manager to support contract administration, operational coordination, and oversight of conflict management professionals. The DPM acts as the alternate PM and supports contract operations, staffing, and performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities • Serve as an alternate point of contact for the stakeholders when the PM is unavailable. • Support the PM in staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and performance tracking. • Assist with the development and execution of task order approaches and deliverables. • Maintain documentation, quality assurance records, and workload management tools. • Coordinate with personnel providing mediation, facilitation, training, and assessment services. • Assist with preparation of reports, briefings, and contract-level communications. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required. • 8–10 years of project or program support experience, preferably with Federal clients. • Minimum 4 years of experience supporting mediation, facilitation, conflict management, ADR, training, or organizational development programs. • Ability to manage multiple concurrent requirements and provide continuity of operations. • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications • Mediation or facilitation training or certification. • Experience supporting remote, nationwide contract operations. • Familiarity with Federal acquisition environments.
