Job Summary As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our company by driving sales, securing contracts, and serving as the primary liaison between our clients and project teams. Your ability to attract and retain clients, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional customer service will be critical to your success. You’ll oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring clients are informed every step of the way. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. • Identify sales opportunities and present tailored solutions to meet client needs. • Prepare, negotiate, and finalize contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. • Provide consistent project updates to clients, addressing concerns and managing expectations. • Monitor project progress and collaborate with the team to resolve any challenges. • Serve as the point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction. • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and client management. What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or roofing industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively. • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction. • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus but not required.
