Full Description

We are looking for a remote role that requires a professional who can gather and analyze business requirements (BA) while also designing and executing end-to-end business-focused testing (QA). The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience and understands business processes deeply and ensures that delivered solutions meet business needs through precise validation. Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong business analysis experience, especially in translating business needs into actionable requirements. • Solid QA background with experience in business process testing, not just technical/system testing. • Ability to understand complex business workflows and convert them into testable conditions. • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and business teams. • Analytical thinker capable of identifying gaps, risks, and dependencies early in the process. • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in ceremonies across both BA and QA roles. • Ability to prepare documentation (requirements, test cases, test plans) with high clarity and detail. Nice to Have • Experience in automation testing. • Insurance domain knowledge. • SQL or basic data analysis skills.
