We're looking for a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Implementation Specialist with experience integrating ERP and WMS platforms—ideally someone who's worked with Acumatica ERP and Savant WMS, though similar systems would be fine. This person will also be responsible for documenting warehouse procedures and providing ongoing support to our warehouse team after implementation. It’s a big plus if you're familiar with barcode scanners, Zebra printers, and labeling standards like license plate labels and GS1. About the Role The WMS Implementation Specialist will lead the implementation and integration of WMS with ERP systems, collaborating with internal teams to define and document warehouse procedures and workflows. Responsibilities • Lead the implementation and integration of WMS with ERP systems • Collaborate with internal teams to define and document warehouse procedures and workflows • Configure and test WMS functionalities to meet operational requirements • Train warehouse employees on system usage, barcode scanning, and label printing • Maintain and update system documentation, SOPs, and training materials • Ensure compliance with barcode and license plate label standards • Manage and support hardware integration including Zebra printers, barcode scanners, and mobile devices • Provide post-implementation support to warehouse staff, resolving day-to-day issues Qualifications • Experience with ERP-WMS integration, ideally involving Acumatica ERP and Savant WMS (or similar systems) • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics workflows • Familiarity with barcode technologies and barcode scanners, Zebra printers, and label standards • Ability to write clear and structured documentation • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Experience supporting end-users in a warehouse or logistics environment Preferred Skills • Hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP and Savant WMS • Knowledge of GS1 standards and license plate labeling • Experience with warehouse automation tools and mobile warehouse devices • Familiarity with inventory control methodologies such as FIFO, LIFO, and cycle counting • Understanding of shipping and receiving processes, including ASN and carrier integration • Experience conducting user training and onboarding for warehouse systems • Ability to identify and recommend process improvements based on system capabilities • Exposure to multi-location warehouse environments or 3PL operations
