We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Parsippany, New Jersey. This role involves managing front desk operations while supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily workflow. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude to this dynamic position.Responsibilities:• Greet visitors and manage front desk activities, ensuring a welcoming environment.• Handle multi-line phone systems, including answering inbound calls and directing them appropriately.• Coordinate office supply orders and maintain inventory levels.• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.• Assist with lifting and moving items such as soda packs and water cases as needed.• Prepare documents, including letters and minor spreadsheet work in Excel.• Process and upload year-end purchase orders into the accounting system.• Ensure all required information is completed and verified during purchase order uploads.• Provide support for general administrative functions as required.
