Full Description

We are looking for an experienced IAM Project Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management enhancement initiatives. This long-term contract position is based in Poughkeepsie, New York, and requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in IT project management and governance processes. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in driving automation, compliance, and security improvements across the organization. Responsibilities: • Oversee the implementation of an identity governance platform to streamline provisioning and deprovisioning processes. • Manage the integration of SailPoint with Active Directory and other relevant applications. • Lead automated access auditing campaigns to ensure compliance and security. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify applications for SailPoint integration. • Direct role-based provisioning and Active Directory group mapping efforts. • Coordinate the implementation of SailPoint for enhanced identity management. • Ensure seamless integration of SailPoint with non-native applications. • Monitor project progress using Agile Scrum methodologies and tools like Atlassian Jira. • Address and resolve audit findings by improving IAM processes. • Develop and maintain governance frameworks to support identity management initiatives. • Proven experience in IT project management, especially within Identity and Access Management (IAM). • Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and ability to apply them effectively. • PMP certification or equivalent credentials. • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project tracking and collaboration. • Expertise in SailPoint and Active Directory integration. • Skilled in managing automated access auditing campaigns. • Ability to map roles and implement role-based provisioning strategies. • Excellent communication and leadership skills for stakeholder collaboration.
