We are looking for a reliable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Oakwood, Ohio. In this contract position, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience. Your role will involve managing a range of administrative and receptionist tasks to support daily operations. Responsibilities: • Greet and assist visitors with courtesy and a friendly demeanor. • Handle incoming calls through a multi-line phone system efficiently and direct them to the appropriate departments. • Manage switchboard operations, ensuring smooth communication flow within the office. • Provide concierge services, addressing inquiries and offering assistance as needed. • Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and appointments. • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence. • Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times. • Collaborate with internal staff to facilitate seamless office operations. • Uphold confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive information.• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles. • Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and switchboards. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Customer service-oriented mindset with a detail-oriented approach. • Ability to handle inbound calls and inquiries effectively. • Familiarity with concierge or administrative support services. • High attention to detail and adherence to office procedures.
