We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Birmingham, Michigan. This is a long-term contract role where you will provide essential support to senior team members and help maintain the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking to ensure the team's needs are met efficiently.Responsibilities:• Manage calendars for multiple senior bankers, ensuring appointments and meetings are scheduled effectively.• Organize and book travel arrangements, including flights, rental cars, and accommodations.• Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.• Coordinate and make reservations for dinners, parties, and other events as needed.• Greet guests at the front desk and handle incoming deliveries professionally.• Maintain a clean, organized office environment, including replenishing snacks and beverages.• Provide receptionist duties by answering calls and assisting visitors.• Support administrative tasks, such as document preparation and data management.• Ensure seamless use of tools like Concur and Microsoft Office Suite to optimize workflows.
