In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including managing communications, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Responsibilities:• Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with efficiency.• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client and team needs promptly.• Perform accurate high volume data entry to maintain up-to-date records and documentation.• Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely and clear communication.• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to create, update, and share documents and reports.• Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to records.• Operate office equipment such as copiers and scanners to support administrative tasks.• Conduct audits to verify accuracy of records and compliance with procedures.• Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed effectively and on schedule.
