We are looking to submit someone ASAP!Responsibilities:Perform complex and technical office support tasks requiring independent judgment and specialized knowledge.Gather and compile information from various sources to complete forms and prepare detailed reports.Provide accurate information to the public, interpreting policies and procedures as needed.Organize, maintain, and streamline departmental files for efficient access and use.Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and specialized documents using various software programs.Review materials for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational policies.Enter and retrieve data in computer systems, ensuring the accuracy of reports and making necessary corrections.Manage administrative details such as purchase requisitions, equipment maintenance, and scheduling meetings.Train team members on work procedures or oversee tasks on a project basis.Respond to and handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
