In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in supporting the Membership department by performing essential clerical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities: • Conduct administrative and clerical tasks to assist the Membership department effectively. • Utilize Northstar software to research and confirm member profiles and account details. • Input data accurately from submitted forms into the designated system. • Download, organize, and upload necessary documents to appropriate member accounts. • Ensure confidentiality and precision when managing sensitive member records. • Provide general office support to facilitate smooth department operations.• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role. • Proficiency in data entry and handling office software systems. • Ability to answer inbound calls and manage receptionist duties effectively. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy. • Familiarity with maintaining confidentiality in environments where accuracy and discretion are essential.
