What Youll Do Engage & Build Trust Connect with customers to understand their needs, earn their confidence, and deliver an exceptional experience. Drive Sales Conversations Identify coverage gaps, recommend insurance solutions (Auto, Life, Home, Renters, etc.), and confidently guide clients through quotes and applications. Follow Up & Close Business Work warm leads, initiate outbound follow-up, and convert opportunities into policies that protect what matters most. Support the Client Journey Assist with service needs including billing questions, policy changes, ID cards, and claims follow-upwhile staying alert to additional sales opportunities. Stay Organized & Accurate Maintain detailed client records, track outreach, and ensure all interactions are properly documented.
