Ro Health is looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant (MA) to join our healthcare team at a California State Prison! This position plays a vital role in providing essential healthcare support to incarcerated individuals, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and therapeutic environment within the facility. Details: • Location: Tehachapi, CA • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, AM • Higher Pay for Travelers: Additional compensation for those commuting 50+ miles from the facility • Employment Type: Contract Qualifications: • Active Medical Assistant certification from one of the following boards: • American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) • American Medical Technologists (AMT) • California Certifying Board of Medical Assistants (CCBMA) • Multiskilled Medical Certification Institute, Inc.
