Company Drivers • Pay: Up to $93,600 per year • CPM pay range: $0.54-$0.70 • $0.15/mi per diem pay, up to $440 per week • Additional fuel and safety incentive: $0.02/mi • Home every 7-10 days • $1,500 sign-on bonus • $500 orientation pay • Dry van freight; 100% no-touch; 60% drop and hook • $20 Stop Pay excluding first and last delivery Benefits & Perks • Full Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance • 2022 - 2026 equipment • Uncapped referral program - $4,500 per referral • High percentage of contracted freight with many FreightWaves "award" shippers • Paid miles empty and loaded while on duty (do not pay deadhead miles back home) • Low number of drivers per dispatcher; easier and more effective communication Please note that pay varies by route, location, experience level, and performance.
