Full Description
SCHEDULE: TUESDAY-SATURDAY 2:30PM-11PM ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Mopping, sweeping, buffing floors, vacuuming and shampooing carpets • Clubhouse cleaning and set up • Common area and amenity cleaning (meeting areas, kitchen, exercise rooms, baths, etc.) • Restocking toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. • Routine grounds cleaning, trash and recycling cleaning, dog stations, tot lots, etc. • Lighting Inspections & re-lamping light fixtures REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Valid state driver's license • Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time • Must be able to work in inclement weather • May be required to lift up to 50 lbs Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
