A company is looking for a Finance & Development Manager. Key Responsibilities • Research, draft, and edit grant proposals; coordinate meetings and collaborate with team members for efficient application execution • Support relationship-building efforts with foundations and manage grant reporting and tracking • Oversee payroll and contract inquiries, manage approvals and invoicing, and lead weekly development meetings Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in development or fundraising roles • Experience with grant writing and fundraising • Familiarity with CRMs such as Hubspot or Salesforce preferred • Passion for human and environmental health is a plus • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
