Revive Medical is hiring a Front Desk Assistant Revive Medical in Northern Liberties is looking for a dependable and motivated Front Desk Assistant to join our growing team. This role supports our providers and patients with administrative tasks, patient flow, communication, organization, and basic clinical support. The goal is to complete responsibilities accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional attention to detail. Essential skills • Knowledge of services, pricing, and skincare products • Ability to maintain and track inventory • Strong time management and prioritization skills • Service focused and socially aware • Clear written and verbal communication • Strong planning and organizational abilities • Retail sales experience is helpful • Comfortable with front desk tasks and patient coordination • Good photography skills for before and after photos Key responsibilities • Greet patients, complete intake forms, and take before and after photos using AR • Support patient flow and provider needs throughout the day • Keep all treatment rooms stocked and organized for injectors and estheticians • Assist providers during services when needed • Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with all patients and staff • Follow all sanitation, safety, and regulatory guidelines • Maintain patient confidentiality according to HIPAA rules • Uphold a high standard of cleanliness in procedure rooms and common areas • Stay informed about skincare, injectables, and patient care trends • Perform additional tasks when requested to support smooth operations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications • Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, filing, and document proofreading • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively To apply Submit your resume and a short introduction to manager@revivephilly.com Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: • Employee discount Work Location: In person
