Job Description: • You take ownership of client projects in email marketing & Klaviyo: from flows to campaigns • You develop strategies and implement designs & layouts (Photoshop/Canva/HTML), putting your ideas directly into practice • You analyze data, generate insights and derive concrete, effective recommendations for action • You work closely with me — together we drive brand growth • 100% remote — whether from the sofa, balcony or a café — as long as the performance is there Requirements: • Experience with Klaviyo is requirement #1 • Design experience is not a nice-to-have but mandatory: you create layouts for campaigns, templates and more using Photoshop or Canva • Communication & independence: you are not just an executor — you should function long-term as an account manager within the agency • Degree or CV? It doesn’t matter. I want to see what you can do and how you think.
