Full Description

Requirements: • 5 or more years of experience in Production Support and Java application development (deduced for seniority). • Proficiency in Camunda BPM and workflow orchestration. • Experience with GraphQL APIs and query optimization. • Experience with React for frontend support and debugging. • Experience with Microsoft Azure services and deployment pipelines. • Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities: • Provide ongoing support for production systems, ensuring high availability. • Troubleshoot and resolve urgent issues across the tech stack (Java, Camunda, React). • Implement fixes and enhancements in collaboration with development teams. • Monitor system health and proactively identify potential problems. • Participate in on-call rotations and shifted or weekend support schedules. • Document support processes and contribute to knowledge base articles. • Handle escalation tickets and urgent production "fires" efficiently.
