Role Description This role leads the Key Account sales organization within the HVAC distribution channel, responsible for driving growth through top-tier distributor partners. The leader in this role will hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team focused on executing channel strategies, growing market share, and supporting new product adoption. • Oversee promotional planning and monthly forecasting • Align with internal sales and marketing efforts • Strong cross-functional collaboration • Develop executive-level customer relationships • Hands-on leadership through trade events, trainings, and joint sales calls • Data-driven approach and competitive analysis • Strategic account alignment to deliver results • Support Resideo’s broader growth objectives Your team member's responsibilities include driving sales of products, systems, and services to a variety of HVAC Distribution customers.
