Job Description: • Act as a sparring partner for technical and strategic questions • Prepare and deliver workshops and concept presentations • Support pitches and customer meetings • Create presentations and supporting materials Requirements: • Proven experience with UWB technologies • Knowledge of radio protocols, signal processing, ToF/TDoA, RTLS systems, antenna design • Experience as a Tech Lead, Product Manager, or Technical Consultant • Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly • Nice-to-have: Experience in telecommunications, IoT, RTLS systems, or sensor platforms Benefits: • Up to 100% remote work • Flexible hours – no core working times • A multicultural, committed, and open team
