Position Details Role: Veterinary Receptionist Status: Part-time Salary: Negotiable and based on experience Schedule: Some 7:30 am to 2pm shifts, some 2pm to 7pm shifts weekend rotations15 to 20 hours a week Join our friendly, fast-paced team! We're a four-doctor veterinary hospital offering grooming, boarding, and doggie daycare services. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and animals in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment. Veterinary Receptionist Responsibilities include: Answering and directing multi-line phone calls Scheduling appointments and managing invoices Assisting clients with check-in/out and general inquiries Maintaining organized records and a clean work area Providing exceptional customer service What we're looking for: A dependable, friendly, and outgoing team player who is detail-oriented and thrives in a collaborative setting.
