Fountain is growing fast and looking for a motivated, Certified Medical Assistant to join our small team of medical specialists and entrepreneurs. Fountain Vitality Inc. is a tech-first telemedicine startup that focuses on delivering concierge, personalized telemedicine for select treatments like TRT/HRT and GLP-1 weight loss. Unique Medical Assistant Job – Work From Home! This is a fully-remote position, which means you can work from home. You'll help our existing team be more efficient, by handling operational tasks and making informational phone calls (to help us continue offering the best possible concierge experience to our members). Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, experience with entering data in spreadsheets and charting in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR), fantastic skills with patients via phone and an energetic and positive team spirit! Prior experience in hormone replacement therapy (HRT/TRT) or GLP-1 medications is strongly preferred. Responsibilities: • Customer support • Lab scheduling, appointment scheduling • Coordinating with the medication team • Informing the medical team of patient-reported side effects and concerns • Other, similar duties as assigned. Requirements: • A quiet home office area that meets HIPAA privacy standards (separated from other people in a room with a door.) • A desktop or laptop computer and a high-speed internet connection that can support video conferencing. • Certification with *one* of the following national organizations: American Association of Medical Assistants, American Medical Certification Association, American Medical Technologists, CA Certifying Board of Medical Assistants, or MultiSkilled Medical Certification Institute. • Front-office experience. • Weekend and evening coverage required Benefits: • Work 100% remotely • Energetic team with proven track record Fountain Wellness is an equal opportunity employer.
