Description: • Oversee accounts receivable department • Manage a team of AR specialists • Ensure timely and accurate billing and claims processing • Optimize accounts receivable processes • Monitor KPIs related to accounts receivable • Manage payment posting activities • Coordinate denial management efforts • Collaborate with other departments • Stay informed about healthcare regulations and industry trends • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews • Foster a positive work environment • Serve as a point of contact for escalated AR issues • Keep accurate records of AR activities Requirements: • High School Diploma • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management • AAHAM Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS), Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP), or HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification is a plus. • Previous leadership experience in a healthcare setting. • Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables), and database software skills • In-depth knowledge of medical billing processes and regulatory requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in healthcare revenue cycle management software.
