About the Role: Assist special education staff in meeting the instructional and functional needs of assigned students Communicate regularly with teachers, case managers, and related service providers to ensure student progress and success Participate in team meetings to share progress, problem-solve, and develop strategies to support student learning Complete record-keeping, collect data, and perform clerical functions to support teachers and ensure up-to-date reference documents Benefits and Compensation: Competitive salary: $18.50 per hour No-cost single and family health insurance plans available, or an additional $5,000 annual cash payment if covered under another employer-sponsored plan Comprehensive benefits package Requirements and Skills: Paraprofessional Certification required Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and staff Physical demands: frequent standing, walking, sitting, and lifting of up to 25 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent computer work and exposure to various noise levels Why Join Our Team?
