We digitally empower athletes and sports organizations with unbiased and data-driven insights on our way to redefine the future of talent scouting.TasksYour MissionAs a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Python and AI, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing CUJU’s scalable, reliable, and future-proof technology architecture. You’ll be at the core of building AI-powered solutions that directly impact the future of sports talent identification.What You’ll Work On Design and implement the overall AI-driven software architecture. Write clean, production-ready Python code and champion best practices. Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines. Define and implement release strategies (blue/green, canary, rolling updates). Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product teams, and data scientists. RequirementsWhat You Bring 7+ years in software engineering with a strong focus on Python. Proven experience in system architecture and distributed applications. Deep knowledge of AI/ML systems and their integration into scalable products. Strong grasp of design patterns, clean architecture, and SOLID principles. Hands-on expertise with CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS), Docker, Kubernetes. Fluent English. Excellent communication skills. Nice to Have Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures. Familiarity with Terraform and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
