Experience leading process improvements and optimization Enterprise level experience (Medicaid or health insurance preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities Plusses: Six Sigma Change management background Day-to-Day: Insight Global is seeking a Process Improvement/Optimization Subject Matter Expert to support the ongoing growth and transformation of an enterprise-level client in the healthcare industry. In this role, you will collaborate with three other professionals to drive and optimize change within the Medicaid line of business. Your responsibilities will include strategizing, identifying gaps, making recommendations, and enhancing productivity across various teams. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in process optimization within fast-paced and dynamic enterprise environments. • **Compensation: $65-75/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
