Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PRI Global is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their growing team. The role involves managing payroll processing for a multinational workforce, ensuring compliance with payroll taxes and benefits, and driving process improvements. Responsibilities • Manage timely & accurate payroll processing for a multinational workforce • Oversee outsourced payroll service providers and payroll transitions (parallel testing, reruns, reconciliations) • Validate payroll entries (hires, terminations, wage/position changes) with 100% accuracy • Ensure compliance with payroll taxes, benefits, audits, and internal policies • Drive payroll process improvements and support M&A integrations Skills • Experience in payroll operations within a large, fast-growing multinational company • Strong knowledge of local payroll processes & compliance • Proficiency in Oracle HCM, SAP Payroll, or similar ERP systems • Excellent analytical & Excel skills • Proven record of delivering projects and process improvements • Collaborative team player across global teams • Manage timely & accurate payroll processing for a multinational workforce • Oversee outsourced payroll service providers and payroll transitions (parallel testing, reruns, reconciliations) • Validate payroll entries (hires, terminations, wage/position changes) with 100% accuracy • Ensure compliance with payroll taxes, benefits, audits, and internal policies • Drive payroll process improvements and support M&A integrations • Credit check required • Payroll certification (CIPP or equivalent) • Six Sigma training Company Overview • PRI Global provides business intelligence, cyber security, IoT, analytics, physical security and cloud services.
