This role is ideal for individuals passionate about working with young children in a nurturing, educational setting. Job Description As a Preschool Paraprofessional, you will assist classroom teachers in creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for preschool students. This includes helping implement learning activities, supervising play, supporting social-emotional development, and providing one-on-one or group support to students. The paraprofessional plays a key role in maintaining daily routines and promoting positive classroom behavior.
