Job Overview: We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented General Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced distribution center team. As a key member of our Order Fulfillment Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Highlights: Competitive salary and benefits package Full-time evening shift position (Monday - Friday, 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm) Opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic and growing company Eligibility for incentives, including a $2,000 sign-on bonus and up to $3,000 relocation assistance Responsibilities: Picking parts in an assigned zone, quickly and accurately Inspecting and receiving product, as well as prepackaging product for bin/emergency stock Performing packaging tasks, including reviewing pack lists, verifying correct parts, and preparing products for shipping Acting as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and PDC, answering product questions and handling customer change-order requests Investigating customer complaints regarding shipment errors and updating inventory stock levels Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: Basic computer navigation and typing skills Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Ability to actively participate as a team member and provide a positive, professional, and enthusiastic outlook Demonstrated ability to multi-task, solve problems quickly, and adapt to changing priorities Dependable, responsible, and committed to excellence and success Physical Requirements: This role requires: Regular and consistent attendance due to the need to access physical equipment Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motion Capable of spending 8-10 hours walking/standing on concrete Regularly lifting up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height Our Company Culture: Ready to Apply?
