Do you have 3 or more years experience servicing Allstate Insurance clients at an Allstate Exclusive Agency? Do you have 1 or more years experience selling Allstate Insurance products at an Allstate Exclusive Agency? Do you have a advanced level knowledge of proprietary Allstate legacy products like AIC, AP&C, AFCIC? Are you proficient in working with the following Allstate proprietary applications; eAgent, Advisor Pro, ASIC/Billing, Allstate Claims, RMBC Chat and Tech Support? Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Work from Home Health Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Evenings Off Requirements • If you do not have at least 3 years experience working either within or remotely for an Allstate Insurance Agency - you will not be considered for this position. • Must be able to provide references at interview. • This is a highly compensated position for a highly skilled and abundantly experienced Allstate LSP. • Compensation includes: $20-$25/hour, up to 9% commissions on new business, monthly performance bonuses, 1% renewal commissions and a health insurance stipend. Responsibilities Take up to 15 incoming Allstate insurance service calls per day and transition that activity into a discount/coverage reviews and cross-sell additional insurance products into the household. Daily calls to our existing clients to offer portfolio reviews (discounts and coverages), and cross sale solicitations of policies not presently with our agency. Must be mastery level proficient with eAgent, Advisor Pro, RMBC, ASIC, and Claims (all Allstate proprietary systems), and quoting in Ivantage.
