ad1 Position: GenAI Technical LeadLocation: 100% Remote (EST time zone) Contract Duration: Contract To Hire (Must be willing to convert fulltime after 6 months)Only W2 Summary:This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in AI/ML and cloud engineering with the leadership skills to influence solution design, mentor peers, and drive innovation. The Tech Lead will play a key role in migrating existing ML models to Generative AI, orchestrating autonomous agents, and delivering production-ready systems in a fast-moving environment.Qualifications:AI Expertise: 6+ years hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence with a portfolio of innovative, technically complex projects.Software Engineering: Minimum 2 years of experience building, deploying, and owning production systems.Cloud Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform); strong ability to deploy, scale, and automate cloud-native solutions.Web Frameworks: Expert in FastAPI and modern web frameworks, architecting high-performance asynchronous services.Generative AI: Experience migrating traditional ML models to GenAI, including work with multimodal LLMs, SLMs, and BERT.Agentic AI: Proficient in designing, building, and orchestrating agent-based automation systems.Vector Databases: Production-grade experience with FAISS, Pinecone, or AzureAISearch; expertise in embeddings at scale.Programming: Strong Python skills.APIs & Pipelines: Deep experience designing and building REST, async, and streaming APIs and data pipelines.Algorithm Optimization: Skilled in testing, validating, and tuning algorithms for reliability and performance.Data Preparation: Advanced preprocessing and feature engineering with unstructured and complex data.Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
