As a leader in YouTube marketing operations, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our marketing programs and campaigns. Position Overview: Marketing Program Management Lead - YouTube Marketing As the Marketing Program Management Lead, you'll serve as a strategic partner between stakeholders and the production team, ensuring the successful launch of marketing campaigns and programs. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality marketing programs within SLAs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business excellence. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) during campaign ideation, gathering technical requirements, and defining potential execution timelines. Work with stakeholders on campaign prioritization and resource allocation. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and questions, providing expert guidance and support. Guide PMMs through the Campaign Requirement Document creation, ensuring comprehensive intake documents for the production team. Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders to gather campaign details and assets for the offshore production team. QA the final build before stakeholder approvals, ensuring high-quality marketing programs. Collaborate with the digital offshore production team to build and deliver marketing programs. Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and enable quick resolution to drive successful outcomes. Own operational, organizational, and business metrics for the program, focusing on business excellence, training, and process management. Translate complex MarTech and production requirements into optimal marketing management solutions. Support marketing automation tool improvement projects. Essential Qualifications: 6-8 years of experience with various digital media platforms, such as email, paid media, in-app messaging, and O&O channels. 5+ years of experience in project management, coordinating projects across multiple organizations and cross-functional teams. Experience working with global, highly matrixed organizations. Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and coordinating with the offshore production team. Detail-oriented, organized self-starter who can work well within a team and manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and ad serving technologies like DV360. Highly analytical, with a track record of being a strong problem solver. Understanding of marketing operations, processes, and business requirements for owned and operated channels. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects.
