About the Role: We are looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our finance team. You will handle billing, collections, and payment tracking to make sure our records are accurate, and customers stay on track with payments. What You’ll Do: Send invoices and follow up on overdue payments Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies Prepare AR aging and collection reports Work with the AR Manager and Customer Service team to solve billing issues Keep customer records up to date and accurate What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of AR or billing experience Comfortable using ERP/accounting software (NetSuite a plus) Strong Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP) Good communication skills for working with customers and internal teams Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable What We Offer: Competitive pay. 100% remote role — work from home.
