We’re hiring a Project Manager/Estimator to support commercial construction projects throughout Southwest Pennsylvania. • Location:* Onsite – Greater Pittsburgh Region* • Salary:* $65,000–$90,000/year* • Perks: Company vehicle + fuel for business use • Local market experience in the Pittsburgh region is required. • Must have existing relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both estimating and commercial projects from start to finish. What You’ll Do :- • Prepare accurate estimates for commercial projects • Review drawings, specs, and scopes • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/supplier bids • Build schedules, budgets, and work plans • Manage projects from preconstruction to closeout • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers & field staff • Track costs, changes, and all documentation • Support a safe, efficient jobsite Must-Have Qualifications :- • 3+ years commercial construction estimating or PM experience • Experience in Southwest PA / Pittsburgh market • Existing relationships with local subcontractors & suppliers • Strong construction methods & materials knowledge • Proficient in estimating software + Microsoft Office • Strong communication & organization skills • Authorized to work in the U.S Top Benefits :- • Health, dental, vision, life insurance • 401(k) with up to 4% company match • Paid time off + holidays • Annual bonus eligibility • Professional development opportunities • Positive, supportive office culture Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) 4% Match • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Vision insurance Experience: • Commercial construction : 3 years (Required) • estimating: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
