Full Description

Description The Game Show Studio Manager is a full-time leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of Game Show Studio operations. This includes hiring and training team members, executing high-quality events, maintaining exceptional guest experience standards, and managing day-to-day operational excellence. The GSSM ensures events run smoothly and efficiently, acting as the primary contact for both the GSS Corporate team and guests. Requirements Hiring, Retention & Team Management • Recruit charismatic Hosts with strong stage presence and interpersonal skills. • Hire and retain Event Hosts capable of managing high-energy group experiences (corporate events, birthday parties, etc.). • Cultivate a culture of energy, engagement, and ownership; tracked through quarterly team feedback. • Conduct team quarterly Key Skills to ensure consistent experience delivery. Scheduling & Labor Cost Management • Maintain weekly labor targets. • Strategically schedule Hosts/Event Hosts based on forecasted bookings and event types. • Adapt scheduling for large events with appropriate lead staffing. Training & Development • Fully sign off on new Game Show Hosts, including memorization, product mastery, and guest engagement techniques. • Maintain a high standard of team members through live show assessments, including high energy levels and consistency across all Hosts. Operational Excellence • Oversee show materials and ensure all are functional and well-maintained. • Keep event timelines and run-of-show consistent, never resulting in an unhappy Event due to guest experience. Guest Experience & Retention • Maintain strong team performance through positive reviews and NPS. • Resolve guest issues promptly and empathetically.
