Full Description

Regional Expansion Coordinator builds and oversees the teams that are helping individuals and families heal from trauma by applying Christian faith-based principles to their lives.  Responsible for growing the reach and impact of the organization’s International programs.  Build local teams throughout the region.  Establish contact with potential new Reboot course leaders.  Screen potential leaders to ensure they are a good fit to be a course leader.  Explain the process of starting a group, building a leadership team, engaging the community, inviting participants and accessing course materials.  Support and coach the leaders of the new group during the 12-week courses  Oversee RLA type training of new leaders.  Assist current leaders to select and raise up more new leaders.  Following up with and nurturing leads for new course locations (via the outreach of the regional lead team through conferences, networking and other connections)  Translating video and text content into the Russian and Ukrainian languages.  Make cultural changes to current training materials.  Establish and maintain connections in the community for outreach purposes.  Keep necessary and helpful notes in Active Campaign about conversations with leads/potential leads.  Help with logistics of planning onboarding events.  Build relationships with regional local churches and other like-minded organizations. Position Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in any specialty in the humanities field.  2 years of experience in a Christin leadership role.  Certification in Biblical and Theological studies.  Must have ministry experience related to mental health.  Must have network building experience.  Must have small group facilitation and training experience.  Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian.
