Build and oversee regional teams to expand Christian faith-based trauma healing programs, including leader recruitment, training, community outreach, and cultural adaptation of materials.
Bachelor's in humanities, 2 years Christian leadership, Biblical/Theological certification, ministry experience in mental health, network building, small group facilitation, and fluency in Ukrainian and Russian.
Regional Expansion Coordinator builds and oversees the teams that are helping individuals and families heal from trauma by applying Christian faith-based principles to their lives. Responsible for growing the reach and impact of the organization’s International programs. Build local teams throughout the region. Establish contact with potential new Reboot course leaders. Screen potential leaders to ensure they are a good fit to be a course leader. Explain the process of starting a group, building a leadership team, engaging the community, inviting participants and accessing course materials. Support and coach the leaders of the new group during the 12-week courses Oversee RLA type training of new leaders. Assist current leaders to select and raise up more new leaders. Following up with and nurturing leads for new course locations (via the outreach of the regional lead team through conferences, networking and other connections) Translating video and text content into the Russian and Ukrainian languages. Make cultural changes to current training materials. Establish and maintain connections in the community for outreach purposes. Keep necessary and helpful notes in Active Campaign about conversations with leads/potential leads. Help with logistics of planning onboarding events. Build relationships with regional local churches and other like-minded organizations. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any specialty in the humanities field. 2 years of experience in a Christin leadership role. Certification in Biblical and Theological studies. Must have ministry experience related to mental health. Must have network building experience. Must have small group facilitation and training experience. Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian.
