Location: Remote (Canada/US) Function: Partnerships Reports to: VP of Partnerships The Role As Reach’s Head of Partner Success, you’ll lead the expansion and optimization of our global partner ecosystem—from commerce platforms and embedded PSPs to white-label MoR providers and agency partners. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, you’ll design and scale the frameworks that drive partner activation, revenue contribution, and long-term growth. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll align cross-functional teams, elevate partner outcomes, and build the foundation for Reach’s global scale. What You'll Lead Lead and scale Partner Success across product + commercial partners. Build partner onboarding, enablement, and QBR frameworks that drive adoption. Deliver partner-sourced revenue through better activation and integration quality. Solve issues fast by partnering with Product, Sales, Compliance, and Operations. Own partner KPIs, forecasting, and executive reporting. Proactively protect partner health and reduce churn or volume risk. What You Bring 7–10+ years in partnerships or partner success in FinTech, payments, SaaS, or ecommerce. Experience enabling complex or high-GMV partners. Strong communicator with excellent cross-functional influence. A builder’s mindset—comfortable designing processes from 0→1.
