Delivery Check in Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Delivery Check in Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting merchandise for damage, overseeing routing and scheduling activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will also provide coaching to delivery staff and collaborate with management to enhance service quality for both associates and customers. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient delivery operations and accurate inventory tracking. Starting Pay: $19.25 per Hour. Schedule: Monday-Saturday from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Key Responsibilities • Examine and inspect merchandise for any damage and defects. • Supervise the operations of functions related to routing and scheduling. • Ensure that all company policies and procedures are being followed in the performance of delivery activities. • Provide periodic coaching with delivery drivers and helpers. • Work with various levels of management to find ways to better serve associates and customers. • Loading/Unloading using a forklift. • All other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications • Able to work as a team and independently to meet goals. • Great communication and problem-solving skills needed. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products helpful. • Knowledge of forklift operation and RF Scanner use, or a strong willingness to learn. • Must be at least 18 years old.
