What You'll Do As a Sales Consultant with Raymour & Flanigan, you'll be a special part of our customers' lives by helping them find the coziest sofa to relax on, the most welcoming dining room table to gather around at mealtime, or a brand-new bedroom set that fits just right in their new home. By listening to their needs, you will help our customers turn their house into a home. With unlimited earning potential--featuring strong commissions, spiffs, incentives, and a $5,000 performance sign-on bonus--you'll take pride in selling quality products from a company that cares about both you and its customers.
