Learn more at rate.com." Compensation $45-50k Annually (Pacific or Mountain Time Zone) What's the Role? We are looking for a hard-working Secondary Marketing Analyst. Primarily responsible for ensuring all loans are locked correctly with all of our investors. They are also responsible for updating pricing within our internal system and with our investors when pricing parameters have changed. In addition, you will serve as a link between our loan officers and our investors on all issues surrounding pricing and locks. Duties include: • Pricing/confirming loans • Responding to phone and email questions effectively • Locking loans with multiple lenders and loan officers • Simple addition and subtraction of lock pricing in basis points (bps) • Data entry with speed, efficiency, and accuracy Requirements: • Mortgage experience needed • Ability to multitask in an ever changing, fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changes • Must be willing to work flexible hours • Desire to take initiative to expand knowledge of job and responsibilities in order to grow • Ability to act with a sense of urgency • Strong Verbal and Written communication skills • Attention to detail • Outlook, Excel, Encompass, and Optimal Blue experience • Ability to work in a team environment as well as take ownership of personal responsibilities • Customer service skills with good attitude Rate is an Equal Opportunity Employer that welcomes and encourages all applicants to apply regardless of age, race, sex, religion, color, national origin, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, marital or parental status, ancestry, citizenship status, pregnancy or other reason protected by law.
