As the Branch Manager, you will be the face of our institution in Murfreesboro. You will be responsible for the overall success, operational efficiency, and profitability of the branch. This is a highly visible role that requires a blend of management, sales, operations, and community engagement skills. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in branch operations, banking or a similar financial service environment with proven supervisory or management experience. A qualified candidate will have a solid working knowledge of banking products, services and regulatory compliance, in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills. Business development will be a major role in this job that is fully onsite. salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Associate Responsibilities • Staff management: Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating branch employees. • Sales and growth: Developing strategies to grow the branch's customer base, new accounts, and loan business. • Financial management: Monitoring branch financial performance, preparing reports, and overseeing budgets. • Loan management: Overseeing the loan application process, approving loans, and monitoring repayment activities. • Compliance: Ensuring the branch adheres to all policies, procedures, laws, and regulations. • Operations: Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the facility is up-to-date, and promoting a positive branch image.
