We seek a highly skilled AR and Collections Manager Consultant to stabilize and optimize our Accounts Receivable function within Workday Financials. This is a critical, high-impact role required to fix processes and metrics following resistance to the new system. The consultant must be a Workday expert. Key Responsibilities • Workday Stabilization: Serve as the functional Workday Financials AR/Collections Subject Matter Expert (SME). Assist with custom configurations and workflows for project billing and cash application. • Process Redesign: Analyze, redesign, and implement streamlined AR/Collections processes for 12,000 monthly invoices. Create comprehensive SOPs and documentation. • Metric Correction: Aggressively measure and significantly improve critical financial metrics, including DSO, Collection Rates, Aging Buckets, and Bad Debt Exposure. • Change Leadership: Drive rapid team adoption of new Workday workflows to overcome prior transition delays. • Reporting: Produce accurate bi-monthly performance reports. ✨ Required Experience & Qualifications • Workday Financials Expertise (CRITICAL): Hands-on experience using and configuring Workday Financials for AR/Collections. Prior implementation/project experience is a huge plus. • Collections Management: Minimum of 5 years of dedicated AR/Collections OR 2 years of Management experience. • Technical Skills: Proven success in process improvement, pain point identification, and driving system adoption. salary: $55 - $60 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities The consultant will stabilize and optimize the AR/Collections function entirely within Workday Financials. • Workday Stabilization: Act as the Workday AR/Collections SME.
