| | | | As an experienced Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of products from development to end of life. You will work with diverse multi-functional teams and drive product quality/reliability improvements across multiple product lines. Collaborate with design teams to ensure product reliability through target setting, risk analysis, FMEA, reliability design reviews, and Design for Reliability principles. Estimate product reliability, identify gaps, and develop action plans to address them. Develop and implement reliability test plans and methodologies for new and existing products. Analyze reliability data to identify trends and guide data-driven decisions. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate reliability findings and recommendations. Partner with design, marketing, manufacturing, service, and quality teams to integrate reliability across the product lifecycle. Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve product reliability. Identify and implement enhancements to reliability processes, tools, and systems. Resolve top failure modes by collaborating on containment and countermeasure strategies. | | | | Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or similar discipline Mastery in Reliability concepts (Physics of Failure, FMEA, Fishbone, 5 Whys, etc.) 10+ years of experience in Reliability/Quality Engineering Statistical analysis skills (sampling, trending, charting, etc.) including Excel, Minitab, JMP, etc. Strong leadership skills - leading projects or teams Knowledge of materials science and associated analytical techniques to isolate failure modes.
