Proven automotive sales management experience, preferably with luxury brands, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of dealership operations.

BMW of Rochester Hills, a part of the prestigious Rafih Auto Group, is seeking a New Car Sales Manager to lead and grow our dynamic sales teams. About the Role: As the New Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the new vehicle sales department. You will lead a team of high-performing sales professionals, set performance goals, manage inventory, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with the standards of BMW.
