JOB SUMMARY Monday-Friday 10am-7pm This position is responsible analyzing picked inventory and determining its destination. This position uses good judgement from experience and system suggestions to make these determinations. In addition, this position will be responsible for optimizing the flow of products from the warehouse to the appropriate end destination. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Use good judgement to route all picked items to shipping or production based on condition of item, unit price, and overall quality. • Optimize and drive the flow of product from the warehouse to the end destination (shipping or production). • Ensure timely and accurate consolidation and/or fulfillment off all pick tickets and inventory movements outside of the Autostore. • Assist Warehouse Operations Supervisor with high-level tasks as assigned. • Mentor and train new team members • May be modified from time to time. Other duties may be assigned QUALIFICATIONS • Detail oriented • Sense of urgency • Computer literate • Some technical competency KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED • Radwell product proficiency • Ability to multi-task • Ability to work at fast pace • Attention to detail • Problem solving abilities • Good communication skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS • Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling. • Frequent walking. • Frequent standing and repetitive hand motion. • Lifting requirements include repeated lifting of up to 10 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 35 pounds, and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds. • Frequent walking on open, raised catwalk. COMPENSATION The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $38,000 - $42,00/ year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is commission eligible, with a commission structure that provides opportunity to earn even more based on your performance Benefits: Radwell offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage.
