We are seeking a creative-minded Content Manager to help tell each local brand's story and drive business impact through engaging content and digital-first marketing strategies. Role Description The Content Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies to promote Radnor Roofing's brand and services. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Franklin/Nashville, TN. Responsibilities include creating and managing content for various marketing channels, designing and executing content strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives. The Content Marketing Manager will also oversee content creation, editing, and publishing to engage audiences and drive growth. Qualifications • Proven experience in Content Strategy, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar related role • Strong skills in content planning and production management • Experience in Editing, Proofreading, and ensuring content accuracy • Ability to analyze marketing performance and conduct thorough market research • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred • Experience in the construction, roofing industry, real estate, or other home services a plus
