Your Opportunity, Your Team • The Merchandising Admin is an important supportive role, supporting admin needs by helping with creating items, and adding product information for both QVC and HSN. With a primary focus on the Beauty team, it is a collaborative group. You will help develop the assortment for the Beauty Departments- Color Cosmetics, Skincare, Bath & Body and Haircare. Where You'll Work • This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at the West Chester headquarters several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, or DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. What You'll Do • Work with several departments (e.g., Legal, Quality Assurance, Planning, and E-Commerce) to submit and follow up on required information and needs of the Buying Office. • Collaborate daily with the Buying Team to ensure product data is accurate, complete, and aligned with our goals. • Understand and use internal systems to create items for sale on QVC & HSN for the On Air Assortment. • Create Purchase Orders and Purchase Contracts for both QVC & HSN. • Submit QA and Claims to internal systems for approval. • Enter UPC and Vendor SKUs for items across both QVC & HSN. • Produce sample requests to support the On Air presentations and Marketing. What You'll Bring • Excellent knowledge of PC and network systems including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. • Aptitude for implementing detailed information quickly and with accuracy. • Flexibility to accommodate changing demands of a global, 24/7 video and e-commerce environment.
