Our projects are all highly structured and use teams made up of remote consultants who are domain experts. Consultants are compensated based on expertise and experience. Business Development Manager (Client Development – Openers) At Quire, is seeking a Business Development Strategist who excels in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. You will open new executive relationships for Quire in our core sectors (media, technology, consumer). Working directly with the CEO and Head of Business Development, you will turn our strategy and POV into qualified first meetings with senior decision-makers. You are not responsible for negotiating or closing. Your mandate is to research, target, and engage the right leaders, shape compelling outreach, and hand off warm conversations with clear context, notes, and next steps. This role requires close collaboration with senior executives. Candidates must consistently exhibit exceptional self-discipline and professionalism, using comprehensive data and thorough research to substantiate their strategies and inform decisions. You will play a pivotal role in translating executive vision into actionable strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's ambitious goals. We will pay above-market compensation to an individual who maintains the highest standards, has consummate professional expertise, and has mastered the use of AI technologies to maximize efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Targeting & Research: Define ICPs, build account maps and contact lists (C-suite/Board/Corp Dev) in media, technology, and consumer; maintain a live pursuit board. • Outbound & Sequencing: Write and run multi-channel sequences (email + LinkedIn + warm intros), tuned to Quire’s premium voice; personalize with insights and case references. • First Meetings: Secure and prep intro calls for the CEO/Head of BD; draft briefing notes with hypothesis, triggers, and desired outcomes. • Packaging Quire’s POV: Assemble short, executive-grade outreach materials (one-pagers, 5–8 slide briefs, Loom intros) mapped to each prospect’s context. • Event Leverage (optional): Convert panels/dinners/sponsorships into targeted outreach lists and meeting programs; follow up with tailored artifacts. • CRM & Reporting: Keep immaculate CRM hygiene (contact roles, next steps, timestamps); report weekly on funnel health and learning. • Handoff, Not Close: Transition qualified conversations with documented context; stay engaged to support momentum, but closing is owned by principals. KPIs: • New executive intros set (per month/quarter) within ICP. • Qualified first meetings held (CEO/Head of BD present). • Conversion to next step (% of first meetings advancing). • Time-to-first-meeting from initial contact. • List quality (valid contacts %, title accuracy). • CRM hygiene (on-time updates, data completeness). Qualifications: • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications strongly preferred. • 3–5+ years opening enterprise relationships in media/tech/consumer (consulting, advisory, or B2B services preferred). • Exceptional research and writing skills; can translate strategy into concise, senior-level outreach. • Demonstrated persistence and professionalism engaging C-suite/Board/Corp Dev. • Fluent with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), enrichment tools (Apollo/Lusha/Clearbit). • Strong executive presence on email/LinkedIn and in first-call settings; impeccable notes/briefs. • Familiarity with Quire’s case-study caliber work and premium brand standards. COMPENSATION (CONTRACT) $65–$75/hr, plus attribution bonuses for accepted intros/qualified opportunities and a closed-won kicker tied to deals you originate (details provided in the offer). Securities-related compensation will comply with applicable broker-dealer requirements. Skills Test and Personality Assessment: Selected candidates will undergo a skills test and personality assessment to ensure alignment with the role and our company culture.
